Legally Binding Agreement

By entering and using this site you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Any contract between us will be deemed to be concluded in England, and will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.

You further agree that Century Films and Graphics Ltd may change, alter, amend or replace all or any part of this Agreement at any time by altering these terms and conditions or otherwise in writing and that such changes, alterations, amendments or replacements shall be effective as of the time of posting hereon or otherwise when sent by post. Continued use after the time of posting or listing changes will constitute acceptance of the changed, altered, amended or replaced Agreement.

Colours vary slightly due in part to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Although it is impossible to achieve an exact colour match for every item, small variations in colour may enhance the overall effect of your colour scheme. Colour reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the colour settings on your monitor. All prices are subject to change without prior notification.

Online Orders

If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 10 days for a refund*. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AGREEMENT. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.

Where we have links to other Websites Century Films and Graphics Ltd are not responsible for the privacy policies/practices or the content of those websites.

Lists

Century Films and Graphics Ltd will never sell, give or trade its contact lists. You're email address and other information will never be resold to any third parties.

Termination of this Agreement

This agreement is effective until terminated by Century Films and Graphics Ltd in its sole and absolute discretion. Century Films and Graphics Ltd may vary or terminate this agreement without notice to you and will do so if you use or attempt to use this website or the content therein in any manner to the terms of this agreement.

The Ownership of the Content and the Intellectual Property Protection, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Termination provisions of this Agreement shall survive the termination or expiry of this Agreement.
